Securely pack the unused tea or merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Send your package back to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
